I have a very unique method on how to make $$$$ for cpa offers but need some help

So i came up with a method that i KNOW will make a lot of money and not only that but when someone goes to this type of landing page they would complete every single download an app offer on that landing page. It will make a shit ton of money with cpalead or cpabuild or any other mobile download cpa network.

I know what most people are thinking when they read this post. Yea right he has no idea if it would work or not. But trust me I came up with an extremely creative way to make money with cpa mobile install offers. EXTREMELY CREATIVE AND UNIQUE.

Problem is i am not a coder. Would fiverr be the best place to have someone design what i need to be coded or is there another website that is better? I know there are a lot of people on here that could do it and if i told them what i came up with they would defiantly jump all over it but problem is i have trust issues. If i could find someone that we made an agreement that I will share the method i came up with as long as when the person is done coding what i need coded/made they would share it i would jump all over that. But how could i assure this would happen? Im not normally one to brag but this twist to a method is defiantly worth bragging about. Just to bad i can't for then it would be leaked lol

Hire someone on BHW and not on Fiverr.

No idea. Never tried it out. But i know for a fact that if you get a person to click on the link this will happen:

1 - They will complete an offer. They already know that in order to get what the landing page says they will recieve they will have to complete a download mobile app and run it offer. The landing page actually is advertising in a way to make them aware (that's all i want to share).

2- Not only that they will complete EVERY SINGLE app download offer on that landing page. They clicked on the landing page to actually complete every single offer. They WANT to do it.

3 - And it will be shared on social media both as an requirement and because they want to help out their friends.

Only thing is....it is very blackhat. They wont recieve anything. And before you say oh its just "i promise to give you money to complete these offers" it is not even close to anything like that or similar.
