    Hello habibg

Thanks for calling me as dear. Yes I'm fine thank you. Hope you're also fine.

Yes you'll get in serious trouble for doing this. I mean if the buyer disputes to PayPal and your account doesn't have enough balance to refund the buyer, your account will be blocked. You won't be able to use the same name/driving license/bank account/SSN number to create another Paypal account.

If the buyer raises a dispute, ask your friend from Germany to send some funds to refund the buyer but I think it'll raise a red flag.

    Take care.

the sender of a paypal payment can dispute it for any reason. if you have a positive balance, paypal will take that. if not, your account will go into negative. some people say if you have a checking account attached to the paypal, they will deduct from there. some people say they won't. not sure.

Yes as mentioned PayPal will take the money from your account. They won't care that the money paid from the customer was then forwarded to another account. They are only interested in your account. They will freeze funds until the dispute is settled.

Paypal has a strong refund policy. So if someone will ask for his money back he will get it, even if you sent the money to another account.
