I have made 2 to 3 posts on BHW asking for advice. But except every advice there was a advice everywhere telling not to share the URL publicly, and I donot understand the reason till now.

Can anyone can explain this to me.

If you share your URL on this forum, it will be public, everyone can see it. So bad players may try to hurt you or take advantage of you.

The reason is simple. you might be a victim of attack by some bad people. So whatever you want to know just descripe it without the url. And its quite possible. You will get insightful solutions here.

basically ppl don’t wanna risk copycats or get their site trashed. too many eyes here. keep it private, that’s all.
