Sell it. Quickest way to profit at the least expense. Otherwise you have to build a product/service, build the business, and then build the brand.

The best "brandables" are niche collections

wikiTrucks
wikiAutoParts
wikiVans
wikiMotorcycles
wikiRentals

etc... it looks more interesting to higher priced domain prospectors if you are providing "the space", but it ups the initial investment.

outsource articles... paste them on the blog and sell it for good money
