Let's say I'm german, and for the keyword "roblox doors tier list" (it's an invented keyword I don't even know if it exist) the first 5 pages that appear are in english. If I create a post in german, with the same keyword, do I have chances to get a high position even, if the other pages have a nice page authority? Or even if I'm in germany searching for that keyword google doesnt bother to try to find pages in my own language?

Thanks

Since Roblox is a keyword getting searches from all over the world, and those searches mostly getting clicks on English pages, Google will always be ranking English pages irrespective of the region of searcher.

The only possible way to rank the German page is when the user has set his search language in Google as German (Even then, most English pages would be directly translated to German and you have little probability to rank)

It will also depend on the type of search query. For example, a term like “roblox doors tier list" will just be giving out a “list” of the doors. Hence, there isn’t much explanation required and the users wouldn’t particularly prefer German.

But if the keyword is something like “how to XX in roblox”, it requires a proper explanation with paragraphs, then the German audience with German language as preference may get your page. It’s hard to say for sure, but you can try.

Yes it's possible, but could need more technical SEO tips such as hreflang, localized domain - sub-domain - folder, canonical.
Then when user searches, you may get higher ranking in localized language / pages.
