I have a question about becoming a Partner in a website.

So someone has proposed me to partner with him on a quite quality website and have 50% of the ownership.

And I since I have never done it before,
What would be smart to ask from him (Besides google analytics) in terms of legal documentations etc?
And what kind of contract should be constructed ?

Any other helpful insights of the process would be appericiated !

Joint venture.
The owner is from Trinity and Tobago so idk how it works.
