I made a mistake during the creation of my Payoneer account, and because of that they don’t accept my id card verification

is there any way I can open a new account with the same bank information?

Open another bank account in different bank and use passport instead.
After opening account you can close bank account.

You can just open another bank account. Then use the new bank account to open another payoneer account

Payoneer have Live chat support, contact them. The live chat takes a long time to connect sometimes.
