I have a problem with payment in Dailymotion

I am in the same boat as you are but my case is little different in one day I open dailymotion and saw that payment failed message so i directly email the support for information about this thing they have only reply your request has been forwarded to right department other than that message nothing after 1 day I notice I didn't verify my paypal account I first verified my paypal account and it is good to go I email them again and tell them that it's my fault at the end and they can reissue my payment but they didn't even respond and when I try to open other ticket they close that one telling your previous one is still intact it's been days already I contacted them several times but they didn't respond a single time so what do I do ?
