Hello
I have a problem with a Payonner account that I create
d since 2013
business information urgently required

My PAYONNER account Balance blocked the Euro and Dollar
and ALL CARDS have been Blocked on

The payoneer asks me to send my business documentation
and I am working as a CPA on the Blackhat website
And I'm not a freelancer

Payoneer is asking me to verify the web address by providing the address of your company's website. You can provide a link to your company's social media page (on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

And also ask me to provide a receipt

Is there a solution for those with experience
please help me

Yup it is every since Payonner set up business in the EU .Very strict anti money laundering rules to be EU compliant they are asking for ID and info about your business

Where are your sources of income coming from ?
Did payoneer send you emails about verfication before this ?
 
Reach out to their customer support, tell them what you are able to provide and they will help you. This is how I got all my documents verified.
 
They asked me about my income a few times, and I always told them what i do. I described everything to them and they were fine with it.

Its better call them on the phone their AI almost shut down my account when I already sent my id to the verfication center.

But they ask the address of the site or a page, and I have a link to a movie site

You should have a personal website. It looks like you had provided website links that you did not own. What about your LinkedIn profile? can you provide your LinkedIn profile link?
