Have you installed any nulled plugins/themes?

Plugins/themes for wordpress which cost money but you downloaded them for free on some websites after they have been "hacked"..

In most cases these "now free" plugins/themes contain malicious code whoch can be used to manipulate your system. Use the server as bot. Display ads. And more..

I have personally dealt with this kinda problem for some of my clients. The pattern of the attack usually places a file like field.php or hunting.php in server and creates junk pages like - example.com/name-of-medicine.php
These links aren't visible until google crawls them and inflates your indexed pages. I can help you remove them but will take a bit of time because these malicious scripts are placed deep within.

hi mike. they're not junk pages. webmaster tools is telling me that it's code in the home page

Export your data and anything else you need backed up that isn't code. Then wipe it all and import what you can back in.

Obviously excluding whatever theme you used. Also check your plugins for vulnerabilities. It's nearly ways the theme or plugins.

If you can't get it done. contact SUCURI.NET they rock and can bring your site online fast!

Regards

Just go with new fresh install and avoid nulled plugins and even fishy themes.

I'm not really sure tbh. I asked someone to help, and they tried and said that they couldn't. I then removed all wp plugins, and without asking he got back to me and said that he had done it. I didn't ask any more as he was doing lots of different things for me at the time.
