Get a proxy from your country and try to access paypal using that proxy, see if that works out for ya.

Tried it didnt help :/.I am back home within the next 2 weeks so the problem will be solved soon and I can sell normally again.
I still get orders coming so if any bhw member can/would like to help me out feel free to pm me.
Even buying 1 gig helps me out a lot and you will get all your Money 100% back

You know, there is a direct line to PayPal you can use. Call them and fix your problem.

Are you sure that you have the currency (dollar for example) enabled in your account?
