You need to JOIN OTHER large public boards. Pin images there and start following people from it. I don't think Tech is too popular on Pinterest.

If gadget is your thing, then make helpful boards like Gadget for Moms, Gadgets for Kids, Gadgets for Kitchen, etc. And it helps to have boards for other things women like.

Ok, I visited your Pinterest account and got so confused. You might want to clean and organize your boards first then think of other content to pull in your target demographic. Just clean the clutter first.

I see the need to create more boards, join some public boards or create some public boards of your own. I know when I had a small account like yours, I was not getting followers. Then I changed it to create more of the boards that was mentioned before and now I am steadily gaining followers each day. The downside is it is an account that I cannot automate for some reason, but it still works.
