I have a PR3 domain, can it be monetized?

I recently purchased a PR3 domain. I am not really into SEO, so don't have much idea about what to do with it. Any suggestions on how to monetize it or use it for better purpose?

Yea, put some content on it (I mean a working site). Tech niche is a good one, then sell blogroll links on fiverr, you can make a few hundred dollars that way.

Also selling guest blogging is an opiton

Put Adsense code on it.
Sell PAid Review
Promote Affiliate / CPA
If it's stable and sustainable traffic, sell direct adv. space or use buysellads services.

Sure, you can monetise it. It may take some work with content and SEO but once you've done that you can get it ranking. If you then put some CB products up there and get it making money you could well sell it on for more than it would have fetched before.

This is actually very true. I have two PR 3 domains right now that I don't have the time to monetize, so I put them up for sale. I had other domains a few months ago that I did sell blogrolls on fiverr and made a nice sized amount of money.
