I have a PayPal account in another name and with a vcc I bought online. If I order something using that card will the company I buy from need a verification some sort of ID or they don't care as long as I buy?

How is anybody supposed to answer that?
It could depend on what company you buy from, the payment processor, the amount of the transaction plus any number of other factors.
 
If it doesn't cost $67890876, just buy it and see what happens.
 
My guess is that if the amount isnt astronomical you won't need to send them any kinda documentation. Should just be able to pay with PayPal and you're good
