I have a noob question, don't know where to ask

Sorry not sure if this is the right place to post. Basically I would like to trade with someone on bhw that doesn't involve money. Where can I post?
For example, I want to trade 1000twitter followers for 1000backlinks. I have searched around the forum, seen some trade posts around. However I want to make sure I don't get banned. That's why I asked here.
