I have a million dollar secret. Need advice.

I heard mole removal is a Billion Dollar Niche.

I had a black mole on the right side of my nose from birth. I disliked it so much that I tried to pluck it away with my nails. It did not go away. It rather grew big. I was really ashamed of it. During my college days, I used to put a finger right over it so that people won't see it. I was even contemplating a surgery.
One day a lady I knew said that she had medicine and that the mole would go away if I apply it for 2/3 days. I was totally skeptical. Nevertheless, I agreed. What a miracle! It went away in just 2 days permanently.

Later I applied the medicine on other swellings like warts. All went away. This happened before I entered into internet marketing.

I think this is an wonderful medicine. No surgery. No costly treatment. No lasik. I got it under 1 dollar.
Now I have two ideas.

1. Start a site and sell the product. Result is guaranteed.
2. Pay the lady to know her preparation secret, acquire patent and sell them to a big company.

What do you think guys? Please advice.

I had talked to the lady and few of her customers. The success rate is 100%. There is a little burning feeling when the paste is applied.
 
I've quickly checked google keyword tool to check the competition:

mole removal
10K – 100K searches, High comp.

facial mole removal
10K – 100K searches, High comp.

skin mole removal
1K – 10K searches, High comp.

It looks like it's not the easiest niche to compete with bigger companies.

But you can try high quality content marketing (5-10 articles, try hiring med students) - it may be expensive but worth it.
Or just try to compete in non-english markets.


2.idea:

make a youtube video about that (without telling your secrets, only show results), rank it or make viral and redirect to a landing page
 
Keep in mind, when ever you're dealing with 'medicine' like this, you're always exposing yourself to liability. (i.e. someone may apply it incorrectly and hurt themselves and sue you)

I always encourage people to do their due diligence. Anytime you invest in a product that someone has to consume or apply to their body, you should do a lot of research on regulations and speak to an attorney in that niche.
 
It already exists in burning liquid form.

Just partner you numb nuts.

Thank you for suggestion. That is informative and certainly a thing to look for.
 
Be wary of selling 'medicine'. You have to choose your marketing words very carefully and position it as something other than 'medicine' unless you want federal agencies that regulate medicine to knock on your door. Medicine is heavily regulated for potential side effects and long-term effects you may not know about.
 
This is a million dollar secret? It is the dumbest idea I ever heard.
With such project your exposure is very high and you can be sued easily.
Who the hell putting unknown substances on their moles? You know that moles are leading to melanoma right? lol.
 
lol, it sells for $0.5 here in my place and works like a charm, just tickles a bit (No lady power involved ;))
Not a very promising business that way I see it here.
Cut throat competition is another downer!
 
XXX amount of testing before approved. You are in for a long game before you can see any kind of profit from it.
 
Are you familiar with a product called Jilly Juice? The gal who invented this was even on the Dr. Phil show. Her product is nothing but fermented cabbage juice, but claims it cures every malady know to mankind, and she claims it even regrows severed limbs! She sells her product through a website and is doing very well, so there is no reason you cannot do the same. She does have a great answer to anyone who claims her product doesn't work. She'll tell you have not been using the product long enough or are not following the protocol correctly!

Thank you for the info and wish. My idea is just on formative stage. Even I did not know how the solution is made. But it works like charm. There is no side effect if applied on the affected area. I able to say this because I tested it on myself 2/3 times and few of her customers also confirmed. She won't tell the secret. May be I have to offer her a big money. It is her traditional Indian medicine. Just looking for ideas.
 
I would not agree with you, I am leaning more of a $895,00 dollar idea, what do you think?
