I Have a Large Twitter Account, Need Advice

So I own a Twitter parody account with around 30,000+ followers. I have an Adsense account, and I drive them to an article I create through a website that has Google ads on it. I get paid per click. So my question is, would cloaking benefit me in any way? I'm new to this website and its methods, but am very interested. Thanks.

Yes link cloaking can benefit you if you do not want users to see the entire url (which may seem very obvious as part of a marketing scheme). You may also use Bitly service to cloak your links.

Beware ! Try to not spam your money site link to twitter using bitly. Your site URL can be banned for 6 month. I recommend cloaking to hide to scheme (as Martha.ackles said) AND to protect your website ! Install a cloaking redirection script on one of your website block all crawlers/bots/ip from twitter and redirect them to google, NBC...Big trustable werbsite. So when Twitter scan your bitly links they'll see this elite site, but when a customer click on your link i'll go to your money site, you even can add a mobile redirection to be sure that everyone will see your content
