What would it take to get:

calpe villas
calpe bungalows
calpe apartments

ranking number 1, if my website domain name would be calpevillas.com

Howmany effort and time do you GUESS/THINK/ROUGHLY it would take me to do this. Because there is not much competition. As you can see.

no, but don't put the keywords you want to rank for here, most of us won't start to rank for it but there are always some suckers..

No I have no interest to rank for these keywords, and the domain calpevillas.com is already taken. This niche has a roughly same compettion as the niche I want to get into. Thats why it's crucial that I am asking this question to you guys, so you can give me a rough overview. Because I hear people talking about 3-6 months of work and more, which I think is not true in this case. Help will be really appreciated.

Usually I try to avoid answering these types of questions.. but honestly, it would be easy to rank for all three terms. If your domain is "calpevillas.com", you could probably rank #1 for 'calpe villas' in a month. For the other two terms, it may take longer.. a couple of months perhaps. There's too many factors when it comes to estimating how long it will take. It could take me 2 weeks, and take you 6 months. The only thing I'm sure of is that it wouldn't be difficult.
