This app was published these days, but i have no idea on how to promote it.

Is there any one have some good idea?

It depends greatly on what kind of app it is if you plan to promote the app on Facebook itself.

However since you provided no details at all yet expected an answer I'll suggest the subpar answer of PPC.

I just signed up minutes ago,so i can't post my app link.

That app is a tool that makes people post new topic on facebook,and everyone can share their opinion on the post.

My app link can be viewed in the attachment.

With all due respect, if you do not even know the answer to this question you have a long way to go before you see any money out of this app (IMHO at least).
