You will have to pay for posting a new sale thread which will be due for renewal in 1 year. It doesn't matter the category you post it, you still have to pay per post in the marketplace once approved.

You need to submit a BST for approval, once any warnings are expired.

If the service is approved you then pay $30 before it goes live.
