As the title says, My IP changes everytime I powercycle my modem and router. Will this come in use for you? If so, PM me or leave a reply here, if this comes in handy for you maybe we can JV on something or use it as a service. I've heard about people renting out their lines as well. This whole thing is not my forte but, let's see.
