Hi Friends...!!!

I have a big problem with my site, from 1 month my site is down on Google when i type my site in Google that example.com even that my site doesn't show up in Google before shows on Google's first page But now I go on google's 6th or 7th Page some days before I get an e-mail from Google that you are doing black hat with your website so stop it, even I'm not doing S.E.O for my site now how can i get up my website on Google Please Help me Guys I'm really in trouble.

check the backlinks ..... maybe someone else created some bad stuff for your page

Could be negative SEO if you claim to not have built any links. I just don't understand how you would rank without building links in the first place, your story has a whole.
Anyways, disavow tool to remove the bad links, then submit for reconsideration.
OR scrap it and grab another domain.

Your site was probably removed from their index based on the techniques mentioned in the e-mail. Look at your backlink portfolio and start to decipher which links are spammy in nature. You can disvow them and put a reconsideration request in when your backlink profile is all cleaned up.
