I have a 1 millions email list- Need translated

I am willing to share my email lists with whoever can convert it to a style where i can add it to a certain email account. Basically, I want to take these emails and put them in a contact list of a newly created hotmail, yahoo, email account.

Is anyone able to do this? If I have to pay, I will. But seeming as I have about atleast 1 millions emails, you are open to take and do whatever you like with them. Actually, once the emails are converted into a format needed to add them to my contacts in hotmail or yahoo, I can manually add these to my contacts. I just need file converted to something I KNOW will work when I put them in my contacts for yahoo or hotmail. For whatever reason I cannont convert the file to the right type of format to add the emails to my contacts.

I think I need it in XLS? Im not sure, just whatever file type i need to make them load into my email contacts.

If its xls file, you just have to transfer it to excel. If you need a certain format to load it in hotmail or yahoo accounts, I can make a bot for one.
