Split it up for diffierent campaigns:
Like campaign - Get to know your audience and do some reasearch. Set up a like campaign with precise targeting. I'd suggest about $50 / day, which should get you about ~ 80 - 150 qualified likes.
Scrape the new fans of your like campaign - Set up some ads with a good wording that targets your current fan base. Do this twice a month for several days. DON'T use this excessive.
Set up a retargeting campaign - Track the customers that visited your website. There are a lot different tactics to use but one of my favorites is staged retargeting. This works with all major 3rd party tools like Perfect Audience (dunno about the power editor, but I guess it would).
Staged retargeting:
- Display some ads of your service / product (position depends on the "honesty" of your product, if you expect bad comments, use the right hand side ads) for about ~ 7 days.
- If the user didnt convert in that time, give him another ad that is including a little discount, for example $10 on a $100 product for about 3 to 4 days.
- If he still did not convert, remove him from the retargeting list.
- If he did convert, you can start a crosselling or upselling for example for ~ 5 days. If he made another purchase, remove him from the list (or he will get annoyed and block your ads)
- Darkposts: Use some darkposts with good visuals that aims to provide information for people who dont know your service / product at all
That's pretty much what I'd start with.
