The people on the email list, did they voluntarily get there? Are you allowed to mail them?

Why did you buy a list with emails without knowing what to do with them unless if you bought them cheap.

Just try one part of them with off offers
Use gmail and mail them daily for example 200 mails a day
If email list is good you will see results in first 4-5 days

Pick some thousand,send them some im offers and see what is the clicks and conversions rate.

Ok, so you bought that list from somebody, but do you know the origin of this list? Legal/Illegal?
Did these people knowingly gave away their info and if yes, for what?
Which countries are they from?
What is the average age of these people?
The info you provided is very thin, this list could be worth a fortune or nothing at all...
