Start with the Local eCom with leather industry which you have access to. Once you start making some money then think about scaling it.

Running ads for your country will be dirt cheap and you will get great conversions if your product is good.

Without spending money, if you want to make money it is possible with only freelance work services. Check out what freelance services are in demand and then offer it on platforms like Fiverr.

Just find distributors of such products abroad and take a commission.
