I currently running my 6 accounts with ++30K followers. 2 of them have >12300 and >10100 followers. Do you know how to monetize them? Or where should I sell my 2 biggest accounts. I really need some cash immediatelly

I would actually love to know how you got so many followers if you dont mind sharing?
 
I guess you can use your accounts to promote your site and offers just don't start spamming, it will be good if you go through some ebooks on this... people are making good money through this.
 
People make money on Fiverr advertising links on their twitter accounts, just dont make the messages seem too spammy.

If I found interesting bids on my 2 big accounts of +12K and +10K Followers, I will sell them
 
From which country most of your followers from? If they are from europe i may buy it
 
1) If they are targeted, send them CPA offers

2) If they are untargeted, try Sponsored Tweets
 
yeah i also would push cpa offers through them, or also open a gig on fiverr.
 
I'd push on sponsored tweets. But you'd have to mix in "real" tweets with your sponsored ones!
 
If you haven't set it up already, you can invite them all to a Facebook fan site. That way if you sell the twitter account, you can still keep them around. Or you can ask them to join you as Facebook friends, and then you can sell that account as well.
