I have 3 monetized YouTube channels that currently focus on Arabic true story narration. The audience is mostly Arab, and the RPM is very low.
Lately, I’ve lost interest in creating videos manually and want to shift the channels to higher-RPM foreign content (English-speaking) with automated or outsourced production.

If you were in my place:
– How would you change the niche safely?
– What foreign niches have good RPM?
– Any tools or methods to automate content creation?

Appreciate any advice, thanks!

Pick an English personal finance niche, write scripts with AI, hire Fiverr voices, and use editing templates to save time.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out and sharing your situation — it’s a smart move considering the low RPM on Arabic content.

If I were in your place, here’s how I’d approach it:

1. Safely Transitioning the Niche:
I'd start by gradually introducing English content while maintaining your existing audience. For example, create a new playlist or segment under the same channel and test how your current subscribers respond. If engagement drops significantly, it may be better to launch a separate channel dedicated to the new niche.

2. High-RPM Niches to Explore:
Some of the most profitable niches with high RPM include:

Personal finance & investing

Tech reviews & tutorials

Health & wellness

Educational or career-focused content

Luxury lifestyle and real estate
These tend to attract advertisers with bigger budgets, especially in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

3. Automation & Outsourcing Tools:
To save time and scale production, you can use:

Scripts: ChatGPT or Jasper AI for scripting

Voiceovers: ElevenLabs or Murf.ai for natural-sounding English TTS

Video Creation: Pictory, InVideo, or VEED.io for generating videos from text

Outsourcing: Fiverr or Upwork to find editors, scriptwriters, or voiceover artists

I also offer services for content planning, automation setup, or managing outsourced production—let me know if you’d like hands-on help with that.

Looking forward to hearing more about your goals!

Hey,

First of all congratulations and respect on the hardwork that you have put on creating and building 3 monetized channels. Usually channels that have audiences from the gulf countries have nice rpms, like UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain etc...and if it is other arab countries outside the gulf then yes the rpms are pretty low. Your decision to change content to english language is a good decision

- You can change niche, there is no safety issues here, when you change a niche, you may lose some subscribers but its just a normal process of how things will work out...nothing to worry because youtube will promote or suggest your videos to the new audience via suggestions or browse features, so stay consistent with the uplaods, you may see drop in views and etc...its just youtube adapting to the new niche that your channel is focusing on.

- How to make money, finance etc are high cpm however low views since its targeted audience, the best you can do is create videos on tech products, the rpms are somewhere between $5-9 and they have high views as well. We have tons of clients and channels on the tech niche and its just great.

- Best thing to do is hire a team that can create for you HQ clips and who know how to promote these videos, a mix of HQ content and a mix of promotions is going to blow up your videos.

Goodluck.

Make content related to crypto.

Make content related to crypto.
Is this content not against YouTube's policies? Since cryptocurrency is banned in some countries, wouldn't this be considered a violation on YouTube?"

Use same video visuals and a translated AI English voice. English titles.
