I have a list of 25,000 emails, and I would like to know if there are any free programs that could either send them an email all at once, or even just 100 at a time, and an effective way to monetize it through a CPA offer. Thank-you for your time!

Are they niche targeted? If they are pick a cpa offer related to your niche. e.g with adult niche emails you would send a dating offer

I think sendblaster is free and you can send alot of emails. With the free version, and if you need to send more just upgrade

Ok, thankyou for your many replies! They are niche targeted toward business people (from LinkedIn). Viralking, I am trying to use CPAgrip to monetize this list, please help.

Personally I would make an email server on an Amazon EC2 instance and use that. Shut it down after you've finished.

interspire is available free just search in google and use amazone ses to send emails. or you can buy vps with cpanel and use the smtp to send emails.
