To give you a more serious answer than what you have been getting up here so far:
Put content of a valueable niche on it where backlinks sell well. Travel would be good.
Sell backlinks on DP and other Sites, put a CPA offer onto your webpage. Direct some Fake Traffic to the Site. Make sure google indexes it with its new Content and new Travel keywords. Make sure the content is somewhat unique. Put links to major Travel Providers on it.
Then when you have made a couple hundred bucks with the backlinks list it on Flippa after one months. Make sure you have google analytics for the traffic.
Claim it to be a major Turnkey site with heaps of potential. Make sure to stress it is a Pr 5 and keep talking about the huge traffic *which you have bought as bullshit traffic, obviously don't mention that*.
Talk about a lot of traffic coming from SEO and posts on forums (obviously do a couple forum posts first so they are there when they check for backlinks) *do not mention what percentage to not get into fraut, a lot can be anything*.
Mention that the Site would have huge potential with Affiliate Travel Offers as it has huge Traffic.
You should make at least 7 times *people always say 10 to 12 times of revenue but with backlinks that is different in my opinion* of what you have sold the backlinks for BUT if you have all the Description and Data look well enough a lot of peoeple should jump onto it and have the price rise heaps.
Also say that you have not monetized it yourself as you have put that site up as a passion and it has just grown so fast you couldn't believe it and are not good in monetizing. Claim that a lot of the backlinks would be there because people have approached you for them because they saw the value of your site and its links and you thought a couple of dollars would be nice *not a lie, people have approached you in your sales thread, you never said how they approached you*. Say you want to sell it to someone who is able to monetize this huge potential properly. *obviously make sure that the thread where you sell the backlinks doesn't come up in the serps, best is to only pm ur url to ppl who are buying the backlinks*
Make sure to sent bullshit traffic for another 2 to 3 months after you have sold the site to make sure it looks not fake and not get a bad reputation, it is not your fault that the new owner cannot monetize it.
A good incentive for selling is to offer to make sure that the traffic stays around that level for another months or so which you are doing anyway with buying it.
And guys please don't flame me for this, after all we are in blackhatworld are we not? And no I do not use that method but I know ppl who do and thought the OP might be interested.
