I have 106k recent email leads from CL...what to do with them?

I am looking for someone that is good at the cpa mailing stuff. I have 106k emails that are fresh leads from legit cl ads. I just dont have the means to email them nor a lot of experience in turning these into cash so if someone is interested in taking the leads and marketing to them let me know what you have in mind. Maybe a 25/75% split. I provide the emails and take 25% of the profits.
