Good question, I hope someone is able to answer this. Everytime I use a prepaid visa to buy domain and hosting account it goes under suspicion and ask for verification ID ALL providers (godaddy, siteground, namecheap). I have recently put a 4 page static website for a cleaning company and I am not sure why it is under suspicion, I would understand if illegal or spam websites was the scenario...
