ytbe checks for the size of the video, if a video was flagged before and uploaded again with same size, that rings a bell.

Wow thats messed up. Maybe the big G is getting smarter with people spamming youtube all the time :S

Welcome back mactep, haven't seen you in a while.

Just a thought on this, were the tinyurls directing to an affiliate network or to a private domain? The thought here is, maybe they are tracking activity by spidering the links.

Additionally if there was a common watermark in all these videos (ie: yoursite.com), it wouldn't surprise me if they were now detecting things like that, just as they can scan and process the audio tracks.
