So, I was so excited 'redesigning' (you know, just changing template) my site with this cool elementor template... Everything looked so posh... I thought 'yes, this is it, finally my site doesn't look poor af'. It had these cool css effects and transitions, etc. Then I went to check it on mobile and font is tiny like fruit fly wrote this and generally site looks shit on mobile. Wtf envato. I'm back to very basic default free elementor template, at least it's readable *facepalm*. Idk what's up with these fancy templates, they're always either unreadable or break. Waste of fuckin time.

Look somewhere in that template if there is any setting for manually selecting to optimize for mobile devices.

You`ll get there, just a little bump on your path .. =)
Thanks for encouragment :)

I'll try to look around, if everything fails I'll redirect on mobile to old version (eh) or try a different template or something

You don't have to hate your life mate.
You are better than millions of other people out there.
Why?
You took the first step by trying
You will get better
Keep trying and I hope it finally works!

What are you trying to achieve? If it is ecom, go to shopify.

you should ask the template creator. there usually a option for mobile optimization

Do you have traffic for your website? Don't think of design too much. Your life will get better if you switch your focus to traffic.

Good advice. I've already done that first, now I want to work more on branding and social proof to have better paying clients. So I'm updating my website, maybe will redo logo too.

Sorry folks, forgot to update this thread, I fixed this shit. But couldn't do it in code manually because I'm on elementor free version and custom css is in pro *shrugs*. But there's an option to hide things on mobiles and tablets (on bottom of elementor's menu there's little, tiny 'responsive' icon).

I'm so shocked it's not responsive by default, technology moves backwards.

Okay, it's fixed... I still have to finish pasting all testimonials and logos there, etc, but should be finished soon.

Everything comes at a price ;)
Why not fix the mobile version of it
so u can be super proud of your work and site ;)

Haha, thats websites for you. Most websites have designs for both pc and mobile. Spend a few hours and edit your design to work with mobile but make sure to keep your current design for pc :)

Yep, fixed it already... The thing is, when you get a wordpress theme, they're usually responsive by default. But with elementor the template was only for pc, weird. Idk.

That's how you learn and grow mate... Sometimes you nail it from the start, sometimes you need to roll the sleeves and dig in. If you don't try new things you don't grow. Non progredi est regredi.

Yes with elementor you must always design for Desktop and mobile but don’t neglect the tablet. Kind of a PITA but if you’re only using elementor to make templates for post types and category archives then it’s a matter of doing it once and forgetting about it.

I’m designing a couple of new websites with Kadence and Kadence blocks pro. Much faster than elementor.

First of all you have to love your life, because not everyone could even make a good looking site. Don’t seek for perfection, everything comes with some time
