Hello members of BHW,

I have recently made a landing page in the whatsapp niche. I am registered at an American hosting provider. I just got an email from the whats-app brand protection team, they told me to take the site down within 10 days (in short).

My question is: if I switch to a offshore (EU) hosting provider, will this mean the American law does not include on my website?

If you create a website for us traffic then us law is applied. It does not matter where you host it.
Another example: .com domain hosted in us but content is in German = German law
