I think I might create a software or have it created. A bot that would enable me to be able to do things that would further gain those trying to leverage off mobile app marketing. Where would be the best place to hire a bot maker. Software developer.

I wonder if I should make this as a JV, because then I can go and sell it. Or sell licenses to it. It seems software might sell better than selling a video series or ebooks.

I agree. Odesk is probably the best place to get your programmers. They have a system to keep track of your outsourced worker's time at work. If you want people to work longer for you though then onlinejobs.ph is the way to go.Hope that helps.
