Hello, I have an idea that I've never seen on Web but maybe I havent see it because it's illegal..

Im working in a Monthly Subscription website and I thought on this:

This is a chapta locker with CPA offers.

What would happen if I offer a 3-days trial on my website with an automatic charge after the 3 days trial and before the unsubscribe the trial button I put this content locker? So they must do a CPA offer from chapta locker to cancel the subscription, and if they cant, they must pay the subscription. No one is expecting this to happen and the money is insured by 100%, even if they take the free 3-day offer and cancel it, but is this legal?

Depends on your country and its consumer protection laws. For sure you won't win friends that way.

You never mentioned what you're gonna do when they call their banks and the chargebacks start rolling in?

Very unethical. I personally know someone who makes $1.2M per year selling watches online for $2 and markets his products on social media.

How does he make the $1.2M from $2 products?

He has a monthly subscription cost for a "luxury watch group" where people who purchased the product pay monthly for a group they arent aware they are part of and it's all hidden in the terms and conditions. It isnt mentioned anywhere on the sales page or the form.

That's the same as inviting people to the circus and letting them in for free, then closing the door, releasing a hungry tiger and charging them to get out. Karma man, karma.

Lol, that's more than unethical and if ppl pay by CC they will just charge back their shit...and with enough of those kiss your PayPal account or other payment processor goodbye :)

I'd destroy any site that tries to fuck me over with this bs. Now if you want to use cpanso they can get their trial that would be another way

really unethical but doable. Just be prepare for chargebacks and refund request which will kill your paypal account in no time.
Or you can sell membership/subscription and use CPA locker for free membership (with the limitation compare to paid membership)

If i ever came across your site, i would probb make few big Ks of money on you. And get you in jail also. Plus the chargback haha.

Man, subscription payments are the goat. This is a bit more unethical that you're tricking them into the subscription. But if you have a low-cost subscription like $10/month. Most people won't even question it or remember what it is they're paying for. And for many, it's not even worth them looking into.

Don't make this world a even more scammier place than already is. It is very unethical and if someone get annoyed very much, they might pursue legal action against you.
