any plugin can do something like that?

i have site that is wiki based and now i prefer wordpress for it... but don't really want to start changing it one by one...

You can import this to word press. may be it will be effective.

Yes, EZ empire builder will work by the sounds of it as long as it's in sql, csv or txt format. And, your server may limit the size of a file you can import so, you may end up needing to break your file down to multiple files if it's a huge database.
