I got scammed, how is this possible

The problem isn't Windows, it's how one uses it.
One has to resist downloading cracked software (unless it's must), but especially video games. Cracked video games are full of miners and other kinds of malware that anti viruses don't even detect.
This.
Completely wipe your drives. Don't even try to scan and find the malware.

Here are few method to do something like that:
1) Check your metamask. You should install Mahanadi detention only from their official website. There is too many fake metamask extensions.
2) allowing compromised DAPP. If you approve compromised or scam contract, hackers (devs) are able to withdraw your fund.
3) Malware on your computer. Here are 3 major methods to do something like that:
-keyloger. This is type of software that copy everything that you type and send this data to the hacker.
-cryptoclipper. This is software that change what you copied. For example, if you copy bnb address X, this type of software will change it to Y BNB address.
-another type of malware like rat, Trojan and other types.
