Hello,

2 weeks ago I've bought clothes from one internet store which I've found through FB ads.

I paid 300$ and received small empty package. My purchase would not even fit in that package. So it's obvious that I just got scammed.

I paid with my credit card. Is it possible somehow to get back the money? Should I contact my bank? Can they do something about it?

Ask for a refund or just chargeback with your credit card if you were scammed.

you can cancel the credit card and get the money back if you report it quickly. will be given a new card though.

Get an chargeback over the account , hence the bank would take 10 days and money would be returned !
It does not matter that the payment was made 2 weeks ago and the scammers possibly already cash out that money?

Will my bank still return my money? It does not mean that in that case they would need to pay me from their own money for this chargeback?

I hope that after chargeback those scammers bank account will be closed? Or there is any other ways how can I sue them?

Most credit cards/banks allow a chargeback for up to 6 months. But you'll have to put together a case for yourself as the bank will investigate if you were actually scammed.
Chargebacks are not as simple as just placing a chargeback request and getting your money back.

At least you can try, maybe this option will work

So banks most of the time pays for chargeback from their own money?

I believe that those scammers do not use the same bank account for such a long time and they withdraw the money fast. So I guess it's not possible to get back the money back from those scammers for banks.

You can do a chargeback just like PayPal disputes

As others suggested in this thread, a chargeback request to your bank is a good option. I'd also contact Shopify on the off-chance that they were hosting this store and request a refund directly from them if they were.

Chargeback. Maybe it was a drop shipper and the mistake was on the supplier's part. So ask for a refund.
