I ordered 5000 Gmail old accounts but seller force me to take 5 old google ads accounts as replacement for that ( i dont have any use of that ads accounts )

Seller declined to replace gmail old accounts and refund .

I won't pay you a penny. I made an offer to settle in good faith, but you rejected it. I am no longer making you an offer and I take back the offer I made. If there was a fair review here, forum administrators would be careful and see how many different accounts you have. You still insist on not seeing the facts. The skyp address where the person wrote to me is different, the skyp address where he complained is different. It is difficult to understand you. Seller giving different product offer resolve this issue and offer was totally different from what i ordered from this seller .

How can i accept that offer so i requested actual ordered product replacement or refund
