I got Sandboxed?

So I have a new website, an article directory (auto apropve), the site is 1 week old, allmost 1000 user on it, allmost 1000 articles.. but I cant see it on google anymore starting from today..

I used the site:http://www.domain.com

I dont have any backlinks so what can be the problem?

1,000 articles in one week isn't that natural honestly. It's 1000 new pages on a new domain. The average WP autoblog doesn't even create that many in a week.

More than likely, this was your problem.

Ping the shit out of your website and wait for a few more days.
I got this once before... my site was indexed (visible via site:www.abc.com) but disappeared a few days later.

Then some time later, it was re-indexed.

This happens to me as well but I always comeback stronger. Just keep ping ans I rss the pages off the sitemap.
