Hello there,
I would like to give me some tips on how to run cpa + fb ads as I got restricted 2 times of them I try so many different methods but they doesnt work..

What are you advertising?
you should use cloaking and blue badged fps. it will be much more effective

It's pretty hard right now
Fb is so abnormal, Mark seems to have his period
but the best way to get a stable CPA is to use an Agency account - but budgeting and all of it is quite cumbersome
orcan use accounts with old spending history that match the distribution time zone
 
If your product is banned by Facebook. Your account will always be blocked
 
Even if you buy an aged BM from 2012 + aged account to manage it, it could still die the following week because of "security checks" and you've lost your money.
I think you would be better off renting an ad account from an Agency BM (with line of credit and 99% approval rate for ads). PM me if you need suggestions.
 
What type of products are you promoting? If you believe it does not violate FB TOS, then you should always reach out to the FB support team
 
it may be because you run the ad at the right time when FB scans strongly. you should use clean proxy and obfuscation technique for your campaign
 
Sometimes it doesn't always have to do with the method, it's a stormy time in FB
