I am not supposed to launch this thread? Why would this be against the rules? I am informing people not to do what i did. if i got i banned 4 this i quit.

it depends upon what you say in your pm. if you ask a question, or if you ask for advice, or if you offer to help someone then you should be okay.

but if you offer to sell something, then you are in violation.
