try to add unique content, build backlinks at a steady rate and you will be on your way in a couple of months

There is no problem with using other content so long as:
a) The content has been released with the permissions to distribute.. ie. if the article was put up in an article directory, its free to distribute within the rules of that dir.
b) Link back to the original source of the dir article. This will keep you from being hit for duplicating content.. instead you are then syndicating. Google will like that.
Otherwise you did a decent job on it... though you might want to consider a 300x250 instead.. and a skyscrapper across the top for your adsense.
Time to start promoting and building links to it.. go visit some health sites.. share.. get involved.. if you can't write just share some cool pics.. or even some other stories from other sites you found that others would like.
