i got missing dlls and need help

sorry but i dont know if this is the right place but il try anyway...
i got big problems with my computer, it crashed and took me 50 times to restart in order to come online, missing dll alot, where to find a free good fixer???
sorry but the disturbens dear blackhatters

repair/reinstall with win installation cd/dvd, then scan with antivirus. You don't have to format your hard drive.

You should rather make backup of your hdd and then do a fresh Windows install.

Alternative - boot from Windows CD and go to recovery console, once there, run "chkdsk /r" to find and repair any hdd errors. However, if you have bad sectors on hdd, wise move would be to buy a new hdd.
