I got invited into Facebook Reels payment program. I need help

One of my Facebook accounts I used USA VPN to create got invited into the Facebook reels payment program but I don't live in the US. Is there any workaround for the W9 form and legal name?

They said the name I enter should be the same as what is written on my tax document. I don't have those documents. Is there any work around or someone who could partner with me?

I can source videos to post on my reels every day. Original and edited videos.
