I got fired, time for revenge

just leave it and move on with your life
and for the last 2 mo of your salary I believe a baseball bat will do the job :-)

Put products with your affiliate link on and make some money :)

As they say the best form of revenge is success.

This confirms my belief that the best method for doing offline stuff is to build the sites and rent them to the merchant. That way, if they do this to you, then you just take the site back.

Seems like it doesn't matter how much you do for anyone, they are just not thankful and will rip the rug out from under you at the first problem.

Be careful and don't break the law.

When a boss screws me over I just let karma takeover and move on. I don't waste psychic energy planning revenge but put my energy into my next project. Don't believe me? Well, here's my track record record to date with the bosses who have screwed me:

First thieving boss was a President of a Bank, owned numerous Porsches, girls and all the blow you could want. Status today: lost his legal license, jobless, divorced, homeless, mentally ill and recently arrested for resisting arrest.

Second psycho boss was in charge of imports, owned custom cars and had numerous homes. Today: fired for masturbating on the job (cover story), divorced, jobless and unhirable because he was caught taking kickbacks from Chinese factory owners.

Bottom Line: Karma is a Bitch!

Hi, I think you are from Balkan region of Europe :-)...
If so, redirect traffic, or, best thing to do is to go to his competitor..... Money loss hurts the most!

Are you in jail yet? xD

They paid me monthly. If they hired me to just develop a site and pay one-time, they own website, and can do whatever they want to do. But it was a monthly salary - they hired me to develop a website and administrate it.

What? They paid you a salary... They 100% own the website then. I don't get where this idea that it is your website?

I am a software developer myself, and legally anything I do on the clock the company owns. If what you were saying were even remotely true, how would any company function with hiring developers at all?

You want revenge?

Find sources for whatever products they offer. Build another site just like it, only better. You've already got the code you wrote.

If you really, honestly took this company from nothing to something and most of the work involved was building scripts and fine tuning the backend ... now that you already have it fine tuned you should be able to do all that and more (add good backlinking and external SEO to the mix). Outrank them for everything.

If it were me (and I wasn't paid for the last 2 months of my work) ... the worst thing I'd probably do is keep the access to the Google analytics to spy on what they're ranking and gauge how well you're kicking their butt in the SERPs. But I wouldn't dink with their code at all.

Seriously, if you were making them all the cash you said you were making them, this is the logical thing to do -- there should be way more money that way.

A perfect scenario would be to find competitors of this company and set up a drop-ship arrangement, where you handle the orders and you get a big commission.

Create a private backdoor and do what you want when you want... fun to fuck with peeps... Maybe instead of a pic of a product that they put in one day you happen to change it to some random funny pic and no one knows why! If the guy they hired don't know his shit, well it could be enjoyment and laughs for years to come! ;)

I love your attitude dude! keep it up and then they will get back to you..

Since you have the site in your Google webmaster tools account, change the geographic settings by targeting to another country (ex. China, Iraq and etc).:D

Unless they delete the code that verifies that your one of the webmaster.
