Hey guy. I am struggling to start internet marketing but I just keep procrastinating. I have money to invest, I can get any domain i need, I have a lot of knowledge on web design, web development, graphic designs, pretty much everything about computers. Also got a super laptop in which i can run pretty much everything.

Still, to lazy to start :/. I think i need someone to yell at me. Do this, and do that. Someone that will not let me procrastinate any longer. What do you think guys?

You dont need the money or success bad enough to go at it.
Go make some debt or set a goal and you will HAVE to work.

think about all of the money you can make. Once you start some business's they practically run themselves.

This is why most people fail. The fact that you recognize it might mean you can fix it. Why don't you work for a firm instead of yourself for a while? In the meantime get your crap together, change your diet, stop drinking crap energy drinks, etc and find what motivates you. No one is going to yell at you except for you. Now get to work!
 
I think you need to opt for JV's and put you money into someone else's venture so you still don't have to do anything. Can't see you making any money with your current frame of mind.
 
Welcome to the club. I've got the same problem with starting my offline SEO biz. It's all set up and waiting but I can't work up the balls to go out and contact that first lead. I really feel like once I get that first client things will just start rolling but it's taking that first step that's got me stuck.

I guess seeing this thread means it's the perfect time for me to man up and do it. Today's the day.

Go get a real job like slinging burgers or bagging groceries... Work around people for a week or two and that should motivate your ass to stay out of that kind of work and get busy online.

Googles pandaguin updates fucked me up and I am working at a convenience store now and I hate it. Let me add that I was lazy after I started to succeed and got my shit wiped out in one fatal swoop because I did not diversify.
 
Go take a loan and spend it like hell.
Then start earning money and pay the loan :D

There's only one cure for serious IM procrastination...

The threat of having to move back in with your parents or become homeless. Because if you're comfy and don't have to work, why change? It's human nature to ride that out.
 
Ha Ha I love this post, I have got further than you so that makes me feel better about my self so you are of some use but I haven't had instant success so now im just sitting around watching empty analytic s beta thinking what to do next. Why dont you just buy your domain and park it. I'm thinking about writing a ebook but generally cant be arsed
 
do 1 tiny step each day
day 1, buy a domain name. dont worry about anything else. 5 minutes and your done
day 2, pick a wp theme, dont even install it. 5 min and your done
ect...

hopefully you will be more motivated when you start to see some snail like progress. if you look at it like you have 2 weeks of work to do, as opposed to 5 minutes, its a lot easier to put it off.

My advice would be to start a JV with someone. That way you'll feel obligated to do your part. Sometimes working as a team helps you stay motivated and focused. And since you've got knowledge and start up money I'm sure you can find someone that would be thrilled to work with your lazy a$$.. just kidding! But seriously give it a try.
 
This is most people though. You're not alone. People tend to perform when their backs are against the wall!
 
Dude, you aren't alone ...... I did the same thing for ages until life kicked me into action. You just need to find the right motivation.
