Hi Fellas!

I just started a new Youtube channel. I hire a writer to rewrite articles on a website to script and hire another voiceover to read it.

All scripts on my channel are 100% unique and pass Copyscape, Only review the same products on that website.

Yesterday, the website owner sent an email to me, ask for the removal of copyrighted materials.

Do my videos get copyright strikes if I don't remove it?

Don't spend money on voice over. Just paste text here https://www.vocalware.com/index/demo choose your language and save audio file using FlashGot plugin for firefox. I do the same like you in my review videos on many channels for years. Never had any copyright emails. I don't even rewrite text, just copy and paste from websites.

I don't think you have to worry about it.
If the script is completely rewritten then I don't see any problem. Even if you use exact article as voiceover and provide your own clips youtube won't remove it.
Ignore that email.

I never heard of anyone's getting a strike and their video taken down because their video script was similar (or identical) to another author's work. Your video script isn't even a exact copy of his article so you don't have to do anything lol. Most channels rip off articles and other videos for their script and have 0 issues with copyright in that aspect.

Did your writer rewrite it from one source? If yes, then it's a problem.

Better to combine ideas from different sources and make it into one.

the problem is I rewrite only from one source. :(((

Just make a deal with him instead of removing the videos. Or ignore him

you have a new chnnel.. don't worry about them.. this is a risque you can take.

yes of course unless you cut a deal to not use it again and pay him :)
I thought Youtube automatic will do that come ad earnings?
for an example those views and earnings from that video u copy will automatic go to the creator.

You need to invest in writing fresh new content. The algorithms are becoming smarter. Even if content passes CopyScape, the improved AI can now make sense of what you are talking about. But for your case, if the video is unique, there is nothing to worry about.

You need to mix your content up, I had a similar problem when I published an article that had been re-written direct from only one article.
